I'll just paste what I wrote at deviantart about this skin:
Oh I think this piece is as 'typical' as an artist as Original as Aleksyandr can get! What I mean is just look at his skin called Protege, one of my favorites. Look at his entire skin collection.
One of the most valuable traits that this artist possesses is the ability to create new things.
Not saying anyone has here, but I believe you should never trample a creation for simply being different. No matter how "strange" it may look to you, all new ideas are like that at first. Then suddenly everyone is doing it. And then it's time for the artist to push the envelope once more.
I just think this skinner is one of those artists.
