I think I've probably tried all of the BeOS skins and I agree with @zathrus, this is the most authentic. And, it is also the only one where Explorer works correctly on Windows 8/8.1. Thanks for a great skin!
I wonder if you would be willing to update this a bit!? Just a couple things, really.
- Work better on a High DPI display. I have a Yoga 2 Pro convertible laptop with 3200×1800 at 13.3" (276 ppi). It is gorgeous but there are a LOT (probably most) of WB skins that don't look and/or behave correctly.
- There are a few gaps between the window chrome and contents here and there..
I'll pay you for it! 
Just a few things are needed and I would consider it a `master` skin. However, let's talk privately because I'd pay more than $5 to $10 for it. I also have a couple other ideas to make it look even better..
