Well I will tell you how I made this one, in Adobe photoshop5(I didn't buy photoshop 6 yet!)in the menu filter then render then cloud and then i made the cloud fade up like you see also from the menu filter then i save it in Adobe photoshop format and I have convert it with ACD then I opened it by Paint shop pro 7.01 and added the Sun burst as you see.This is the story of this wallpaper
