You'll need to download and install the SysMetrix program first. http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/index.html
After installing the program and dowloading this skin, unzip this skin into the 'Themes' directory of the program. Then, right click on the sysmetrix program on your screen and select Sysmetrix Configuration. This will give you a list of all your installed skins. Select this one (or the one you prefer) and voila!
