I'm new to this too. Haven't really skinned anything yet but I do have several downloaded skins. Yours is very well done. I like how it is easy to read. It elegant in design and has a retro feel (hence "black and white", lol). What I personally like (and perhaps others like as more popular skins have this) is the glassy, shiny or glossy quality. Maybe add more of that in your next design and see what happens. Perhaps this particular skin wasn't meant for that but keep it in mind. I love it, and will use it often with my lighter themes.

beautiful, I love it, I use b&w for my desktop so it matches perfectly...If you could make one that included the weather I would be ecstatic
