Nice colors Id say. I only have one problem though,how the heck do I get them to work? Do I have to have a certain other skin to work with it? I also downloaded the Panel Horizontal skin and still nothing. Your help is much appreciated.

You will need the program SysMetrix to us these. Just unzip into the SysMetrix theme folder and your good to go. You can get SysMetrix at http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/
