Can you please help me? I am computer illiterate and i am having a hard time opening. I have windows 10. Can you tell me what program I need to open with? Thank you very much

I would recommend SoundPackager as it doesn't have a bad habit like anything stardock has like messing windows files up. I recommend it 100% but you will have to right click the install fille and go to Properties>Compatibility Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)>apply and exit out of Properties then run the installer. When it's done installing go to the import button on the bottom left and select the file you downloaded and the packager will do the rest. If you want the full sound experience then select Apply Enhanced Package (recommended)Please login to comment and/or vote for this skin.
