what program do you guys/gals use to capture the Object DOck? Little help would be nice.

To capture the dock? I think its just a print screen isn't it?
The button above the arrow keys on your keyboard called 'Print Screen' or 'Prt Scrn'. If you press it, it copies exactly what you see on your screen at that moment in time, and you are then able to paste it into any imaging program e.g. paint, photoshop etc and save it.

When i click on download, only he picture came from.
