i decided to make this question to you `cause ui can see you know a lot about customization,. here it goes, will i have any problem installing desktopx on my computer if i already have windowblinds? i understand that desktop x has its own themes so if i like a windowblinds skin it willbe replace?

i know that you can include objects and widgets and i want to use some of them but i do not want to crash my computer or replace my windowblinds skins. thanks!!!

good question iamtheboy. if you install desktopX nothing will happen to windowblinds. if you install a complete theme it will go by whatever settings the author gave it possibly turning off your taskbar. you can remedy this by re-enabling it in the DX settings. it's best to start with a blank theme till you get used to it. just install DX and click on an object file and it will start. DX has settings to enable and disable the taskbar and a slew of other stuff. give it a shot - experiment.

thank you a lot! i live in peru and i know little about all this things but i am courious and that is good for learning, i have a friend in the USA, i gave him the money to buy me wwindowblinds, thats how i began in customization, i will try DX this weeked and probably i will write youi for some advice, thanks again LOL LOL
