I like basing my weathers on the start panel also. you can get a much better look than with a window. you can also separate the two areas of information like in the start panel. great work. looks good to me.
if it's the same martin script I use you can also double-click on the bottom left weather icon to toggle the color hue slider on and off. makes it easier to use for different colors.
