here it is. Just drag any jpg pic onto it or a series of them and it will show the one or scroll through all of them like a slide show. That way you don't need to have the toolbar showing if you want a small pic in the background.

try making my wb skin semi-transparent (80%) with windowFX.... you will be amazed
