It isn't a windowblind it is a visual style that I made into a windowblind with SkinStudio.

It's now been over 1 month since I first emailed you requesting the Dove wall. My 2nd email was sent on 10/15/04 and still no response from you. I put correct wording in the subject section BOTH TIMES so my emails wouldn't look like spam. Let's just forget this, shall we? I no longer want the Dove wall and shouldn't have to work this hard to get it.

Why didn't you initially just put a link to this wall here?? It would've been easier for everybody (including me) and saved me a lot of aggravation.

The wallpaper is on another website but I don't remember which one. Dovelady8 I swear to you I have not received your emails I have a spam filter and obviously it is blocking it. If it is not on that particular page it was published on 9/2/2004 so you might have to check out every wallpaper published on that date. Once again I am so sorry that you were unable to get your email through.

I am comforted knowing how sorry you are, Lynn - thanks for saying it. Not many would say it. I did download the Dove wallpaper. When I first went to download it, it was 775 KB in size (!) yet it originally said it was 39.something KB. On the 3rd try, I got it without all the extra 'whatever'. I've downloaded a wallpaper before which was supposedly small in size yet when I opened it up, I got all kinds of garbage which I had a hard time removing. I didn't want that to happen again!
I don't know why you didn't receive my emails. Having an over-active spam filter is, unfortunately, one of the consequences we now have to pay for all the spammers & hackers out there...

I am so happy you got it. I found a way around downloading the extra stuff on that website. You hit download once it comes up as an .exe file hit cancel do the same thing the second time and on the third try it usually downloads as a zip file. They have a lot of different wallpaper on that site but their visual themes have to be "ported" into windowblinds with Skinstudio.

Yes, that's exactly how I ended up getting the small KB download, Lynn. I had to try 3x before I got the correct size file. I am guessing this is because sites like this one are free to begin with & they need some way to pay for the bandwidth.
I'm just glad I got the Dove wallpaper. I really didn't want to put my email address here for all the world to see: it would've been "open season" on me getting spammed, hacked & goodness knows what else!
