The icon view is set to Tiles (winXP), the text does that with this setting. The idividual icon customisation? Right click a folder and properties, then the Customize Tab, at the bottom is a button 'Change Icon'. Hit that and browse to the replacement. Disadvantage is that if you apply another Icon Package, these icons wont change, you'll have to ge and reset them 1st (or after) or choose other Custom icons for them. The iconset I'm using is a Mub/Panther hybrid which I haven't released (I'd have to ask permissions from the authors 1st..)
