Thanks guys, Darlene, I've wondering the same thing about you.. Saint John, you can find the icons here http://www.mixthepix.com/index2.php?icon=15 and the dock background is one of the Yz dock default backgrounds.

sorry fellows, the author of these icons strongly prohibited the distribution of these icons due to the fact that some software company used them without his permission so he decided to remove them from the internet. (
