can you please tell me where did you find the mac folder icon, and the tool bar icon, and how to replace them?

Both of the links I used to find the folder and other system icons are now dead. Sorry. I'll look to see if I can dig up the toolbar icons.

The Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer toolbar icons are from Judge's OSXP NG WindowBlinds skin. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=judge&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=1
Use SkinStudio to export the toolbar icons section as a GUI widget and then import that widget (again in SKS) to your chosen skin.
