D�sol� pour scottish42, mais j'ai commis une petite erreur que je tiens � r�parer, il ne s'agit pas du XVII i�me si�cle mais du XVI i�me. Pour ce qui est du film � venir je doute qu'il retranscrive fid�lement le personnage des romans comme c'est souvent le cas. Si on s'inter�sse au genre h�roic fantasy, Solomon Kane est un personnage incontournable, il a inspir� beaucoup d'�crivain. il poss�de une personnalit� tr�s complexe partag�e entre le bien et le mal. C'est un aventurier solitaire, � la fois fou mystique, chevalier errant ou puritain fanatique. Son but est uniquement l'�radication pure et simple du probl�me qui se pr�sente. Il apparait et disparait dans la vie des gens apr�s avoir r�solu leurs probl�mes. Voil� pour une explication plus d�taill� du personnage. Pour finir : SOLOMON = SALOMON, KANE = CAIN. Pour ce qui est de l'�crivain Robert E Howard, il �tait am�ricain et il est � ce jour le plus grand �crivain d'H�roic Fantasy. Conan est le personnage le plus abouti de cet �crivain, il ne faut pas se fier au deux films qui ont paru au cin�ma qui sont des �checs complets par rapport aux romans originels, R.E.HOWARD a du se retourner dans sa tombe. Encore un grand merci � tous...
