for the weather, its a DesktopX Widget here on wincustomize, just go in DesktopX widgets and type live weather, and you will see it. The meter is sysmetrix also here on the site and the name is speedometer aero. Glad you like it

Very Nice, I like the INVI, but I could never get the styler to work for the tool bar�
