It is a wallpaper that comes with a windows blinds skin?I cant find it right now but I will for you check back in a day. Sorry I cant figure out which of my wb skins it came with?

OK i found it! Download this Windowsblinds skin and the wallpaper is included. It is automatically in your windowblinds Wallpaper Tab. Dont even Have to Unzip anything.-http://wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=5758&libid=1&p=8
