Yeah, I've been told that more than once, but it's not as easy as it sounds...got to find a publisher who will touch newbie authors, and they're as rare as rocking horse manure because the majority only touch known authors.
As for the imagination, got it from a kid at school back in 65. Well he wasn't using it, always skipping classes so he could go for a smoke, so while he wasn't looking one day, I took it out of his locker and I've had a furtive imagination ever since.
Oh yeah, took his smokes as well, and I'm not impressed with him one bit...took me 40 something years to quit the damned things.

Wait a minute, if these shots are giving you an insight into my mind, do I have to worry about a knock at the door from those nice young men in their clean white coats...cos, they're coming to take me away ha, ha, he, he, ho, ho????
