I think you're looking at the GL-Series Object Dock Skin pac 2007 by jimmyy! Please correct me if I'm wrong! It was a hell of a set and there were tons of docks in it!
I love the title of the design by the way, you went off the charts with this beauty!

I thought that I was way behind! I haven't been putting them out as usual. Besides the usual daily stuff, I've been working on another drawing.�� But, every time I start on it, I end up falling asleep!�
