I Declare " Theme Week " a Huge Success
Not only did you all chip in with some " Great Work "
but we were taken down the most enjoyable trip down memory lane
we have been for a long time , am I right or am I right ?
Most of the Theme work this week allowed us all to pull up thoughts
of better days when life seemed to be allot simpler and joyous ......
and while yes the past has come and gone ,,,,, it will never be forgotten !
and Cindy with this theme again we are reminded of all of those Great shows
we " All " used to watch but not have thought about in a very long time !
Excellent Job on this - the " Old Western " shows - which was your favorite ?
hard to pick just one , right ? as thay all had a special place and time
and ya couldn't wait till the next one aired , right ? I think so ....
Oh and Cindy thanks for using my wall as it seems to give this shot a
nice blend in color for your background ....... all in all ....
I give this Theme a resounding 5 Stars + a bonus star for ( my wall )

Now I know some of our Rat Friends were " No Shows "
this week , but that's OK , because we all still have
Real Life situations that pop up and have to be dealt with
and some of us lead busy work lives too ...
for me it was bitter sweet trying to have " FUN " with you here
and at the same time spend most of my free time with my Wife
in the Hospital ( which she now has been moved to Re-Hab ) and
appears the worst is over ........
Anyway thanks to those ( even the ones who hated it )
for playing the Game this week , I for one had a good time
with it !
and to be sure we will do it again ............and a again
this week , but that's OK , because we all still have

and some of us lead busy work lives too ...

My Favorite memories from these SS'themes this week were
in random order :
Baseball movies , Godzilla , 3 Stooges - oh sooooooo many to pick from
and we didn't even touch base with shows such as :
Sky King , Sea Hunt - and Bozo !!!
and what about :
Engineer Bill ( red light green light - drink your milk )
Sheriff John and My Dad .... soooo many right when you think back ?
What were some of Your Fav's ?? , come on list a few don't be shy !

I own Gigantor's entire eight DVD 52 episode in it's original chronological air order collection! Priceless!��(Hm, me thinks I might make a design out of this outta desperation)
Az said it all, a truly memorable week Cindy! You can add to this design Wagon Train, Have Gun Will Travel, Branded, Lancer, The Guns Of Will Sonnett, I mean we had some shoot 'em up's didn't we?

Saturday mornings in front of the TV... and Saturday afternoons at the Movies...
Life was a hole lot simpler then.. Sometimes I feel sorry for the kids today, because they will never have the kind of memeories we have. Oh, but then again, we didn't have a computers.... soooooo, welll, No, I still wish good thoughts and memories for them too.... And This is a really good screenie...

Thank you Az!!��I had alot of fun with this theme! At first I was kinda warry of it, but once I got into it things started to happen. Like you mentioned, I was remembering things I hadn't thought about in years! Through it all I learned more about my fellow rats, and I think this has (at least with me)brought us closer together as friends and family!�� It would be so cool to one day meet you all face to face! I also learned some things along the way from other's shots and hopefully will improve what I do with mine.
Glad to hear your wife is doing better! I know this is a scary time. My sister was having strokes. She started out having 8-10 of them in a weekend every 6 months. Then it got to being once a month! She went to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. She now has been stroke free for about a year!��
Thanks for all you do Mike! You and your wife are in my prayers!�

� Some of my favorite shows were Tarzan, Baby Plaz(that's where I got that voice I do),He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Fat Albert, anything that looked like a western, Jetsons, Flintstones, Scooby Doo, The Brady Bunch, and Lost In Space!

There wasn't a young male growing up in my time that didn't like Westerns, Cowboys & Indiams or as some used to call them "Horse Operas. �
Nice mix of old movies and TV shows that you found.
You know it's shame that more RP'ers didn't participate with theme shots, but then we all know I don't like theme shots because they are no fun, right!!!!�
