MaRose, that's the Windows Media Player 11 you're looking at!
It comes with Windows, so you already have it! If you currently have version 10, go to WMplugins.com and upgrade to WMP11, you have to be running XP service pack 2 before you upgrade and it's free.
Personally it's the only player for me and I've tried them all over the past 15 years! I am a true audiophile and my world revolves around my music. My PC is also my home stereo replacing what use to be a 15 piece top end hi fi purchased from overseas! Back in the 70's I use to DJ!
I've tried "iTunes", "Foobar", that beloved "Winamp" which you have to plug in 10,000 times and it still doesn't sound right, "Real Player", "Quick Time", "CD Spectrum Pro", "Sonique", "Creative Labs". WMP11 is the one for me
