well it could install but when i put my pc back on it just was the old windows skin but behind it was the orb but u couldn't see it, ow yeah my transfomartion pack 5.5 doesn't let me change my windowblind skin (i can choose new skin than it loads a new skin but after the load its just the skin from the transformation pack
