What a cheerful desktop. 
And I had never seen either the icons nor the WB before which is one of the reasons I enjoy checking out the screenshots that are submitted here. I found the icon package but I am drawing a blank with the Cartoon WB. Do you have a link for it or the name of the author? Thanks.
