Your shots are always good - just some moderators upload all SS's with a 2.5 rating..others take the time to rate. Dont take it personal that your shot isnt good. Thats just the way it is.
And sometimes its just a glitch..I rated this 5 stars...but right now I clicked on your user name and instead of a profile i got " This user does not exist " The site is not working correctly right now ( they wrote about it on front page )

OMG- i don't exist...ohh, my worst fears have come true, i'm in the matrix, what is real? 
Thanks for the kind comments, hard to try to show people new things that they can use for their computers that perhaps they might not find here and I'm sick of getting the short end. Really doesn't make it worth doing this anymore! Meanwhile i can put together some "useful" skins, then they'll allow for me to rate it? Doesn't make too much sense to me- but then again what do I do
I really can see why some people have escape to DA land to not return...CLARITY!

Don't worry about the mark it doesn't mean anything right now. Last week was the first time in more than a year that I uploaded a couple of shots that weren't accepted, still not sure why? Just problems with the system or something
