Try resubmitting them maureen...I've had rejections that say " automated " and I resend them and they go through the next time..I think right now they are coming across lots of uploads with broken previews so they just get an automated rejection. Its only an assumption on my part but if you have met the usual guidlines them im sure its a glitch..
