Sorry to have to break the bad news, GreyElk aka mot is a blatant ripper. This wallpaper is not his work, nor are any of 'his' other wallpapers... This is why the wallpapers he uploads to WinCustomize are rejected. Looks like other sites don't care enough to exclude rippers like him
