Thanks Shortcake for the comments, the visual style is called Luxury by Jemaho available at Deviantart but modded by me to go w/ the wallpaper I used. There is a tutorial found in the visual on how to modify it. The vista explorer can be found here>>> http://www.deviantart.com/view/21015099/
