duh, sorry about the confusion, that icon set is called ASK suite and it s/b available at Deviatart

just search for it in Google. I found them. its called AeroSK Suite. basically some bloke has made a visual style and attached the icons and loads of other stuff with it....its black in colour

Where do you get the transparent browser and Explorer widjets?
