The tray dock is sweet and it's goes with everything. Your Icon's around the Batman Logo look so big, what's your screen size? Also, where did you get that calendar from? Thanks for the great job you always do.

I use Avedesk for the icons, you can modify them to your likings and you can also put titles and subtitles. Give it a try...
The calendar is a bar calendar for Konfabulator, also the best application for Widgets. Just go to their widget library and take a look...
