yes. it is launch tab at the bottom. i personally like it.

I used to use them all the time. I still have the program pinned to my start menu. I've been using " Right Click " program for now. The reason I asked was I never saw those particulat tabs before...did you Skin them yourself ? I usually make my own to match my Theme or blind. I was curious.

yes, i made the launchtab myself. i also made the objectdock.
