I like the visual but is a bit hard to read, maybe you can add some transparence on the background image or use PNG images on the numbers and add some shadow or stroke

I have to agree with TN Brat. Too hard to read. However for a first try it's good.

Oh, I think its great...just needs a touch more work! And as for it being only your 2nd...You've done VERY well! Keep doing them...I've only done 2 myself, so I'm still learning too!!1
