Is there any chance you can explain me how to make those "glass" portion for the username/password... I am trying to get started with this skinning part and I can't seem to find out how to make a "glassy" image which I can use with my background image...Of course, if you can spare some time and knowledge...

Its a very tricky process in Photoshop. There is a tutorial available but I cant remember the link. You can try browsing thru the community board.
