Ironically it's not really 'goodbye, Windows' but 'Hello, windows, you'd better log me on or...'

Thank you Citizen TheBrainless. To show the state of windows (logging off, saving your settings, windows is shutting down) is very easy. All of my logons have this feature. Clue: Just use Windows logo.
