This one still isn't fixed please remove it so others don't try to download it thinking there links are broken when there NOT. (

Try right clicking DOWNLOAD and then SAVE TARGET AS. save it to your HD then double click. It should now extract. If not I will try to re-upload it. This file was recovered when Wincustomize lost their server and had to recover files, so I think this is the problem. Sorry! Check back later...
