I'm new to logons, but this one doesn't come in the format that the other ones do. Most come in a single file that installs when double clicked. How do I install this after download?

Made this one a longtime ago just put the folder in your logon folder.

I need help, logonstudio won't recognize it as a logon screen, how do I install it? I know, I'm a such a newb.
