Norton Sonar reads as a virus. Does look Kool through

I really don't know what to do with all these "clever" antivirus programs.
ALL ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS are giving FALSE ALARMS for ALL Weather Widgets and Gadgets, because they are saving temp files in your computer, it is the DesktopX script that they find suspicious and make them "think" it is a Trojan!
I am facing this problem for years now! I remember once I have wrote to Kaspersky antivirus programmers/owners to investigate if my weather gadget is really a trojan, and after some days they have answered me by saying , "we are sorry, you gadget is completly harmless, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused". But their answer NEVER SOLVED THE PROBLEM, which is going on and on!
I really don't know what to do!

What exactly means "false positive"? I know the meaning of the words, but those 2 words together?

Kind of an oxymoron isn't it, just like JUMBO-shrimp.
Nice weather widget by the way adni18.

I have switched from all Widget Weather programs to MS Gadgets. Not as nice but don't have to uninstall my Anti-Virus software. Still Love the artwork concept.

I have the same problem with Norton Internet Security deleting gadgets. What you can do is after it deletes the .exe, open the main Norton dialog. Choose advanced, then history. Find the deleted item and click on it. Then choose restore & options under Details to undelete it and mark it as safe.
How do I just show the full gadget and not today's forecast? I know how to turn off the full and only show today, but not the other way around.

-I understand Quantumdog thanks for your comment
-Thank you Richard ( Richard Mohler )!
-Good tip gevansmd, but I am sure most people will be afraid and will delete it...
Just click on the tiny sun icon next to temperature, there are instructions about it.

Clicking on the tiny sun opens the large clock/weather/calendar image but the smaller one day weather image remains open. I would like to just have the larger view opened.
In other words, I want only the expanded view.

Hi gevansmd
There are other weather gadgets with the 5 days forecast option you seek, check here: http://www.adni18.com/gallery/categories.php?cat_id=36

I tried a couple more but for now I'll live with having both forecast windows open since I also like having the calendar. Thansk for the link, I may find a different gadget there I like.

Norton reads everything as a false positive! Just the powers that be want to keep you from future forcasts. The ZEN of weather. The Zen of canning NORTON. Beautiful piece Nikos. I forcast
