Press F10 to redisplay all widgets.
Trigger a mouseover on the weather widget. The mouseover no appears *under* the weather widget

Chris - yeah, I just tried that out and you're right, even tho the tooltip is scripted to come on top. However, I also found out that if you then press F9 normal service is resumed
DS1920 - I just programmed mine to show the weather in Toronto so it works Click the location string to open the input dialog then enter "Toronto, Canada" and hit enter...
About the next wb...well, I am torn atm. I want to do a dark skin, I had intended to do a K-TEK graphite...but after doing some updates on some GT2 skins just recently...I am kinda tempted to do a GT2 blue wb. Not just a recolour, but a new skin. I find GT2 and K-TEK to be pretty well suited anyway so...time will tell
