hey hey ...I have an Ipaq 3850 with Windows CE 2002...I downloaded the wisbar and the dashboard software...I cannot find any of the settings to get you wisbar settings to work...I've tried everything I could think of.
All of the settings that you mentionned are nowhere to be found

Very Good idea but my pocket pc can't find the skin if i try to start it. (
