1. You are right, the cursors are too similar... Which one was working in bg again?
2. The sizing animations are not steady, they actually jump around.
3. There is nothing wrong with odd shaped cursors. I don't think a cursor needs to be an arrow or something too pointy. A circle with a transparent center might work just as fine...
4. What is needs is some action other than blinking center light.
5. It is useable... Kind of abstract but again, nothing wrong with that.
Phew, gotta go rest my fingers now after all that typing...
