It's nice... but I hate cursors that animate when nothing is happening (ie, not pointing at something, busy, etc)... it messes with my ADD too much and is extremely distracting.... so I can't use it. I love the matching skin though.

Very nice. My only comlaint is that the "waiting" animation is too choppy.
