Uh...I'm having trouble applying it as my cursor. I saved it, opened it, and just see all these image files. What do I do with them?!! Not one of these files are cursor files (.cur). I really want to use it...HELP!

To apply .curxptheme files, you should download CursorXP first. After download it, you can easily add CXP themes.
If what you get are .zip files instead of .curxptheme files and only some .png files inside, you have to rename the .zip files to .curxptheme files.

Pay no mind to the simpleminded flamers! 
This is nice art JJ and just because some ppl can't read the 20 (at least) times it says "rename the .zip to .curxptheme" means nothing. ANYWAYZ, great work.. This has found a permanant home on my desktop

this is great, i love it....i do have one suggestion though(don't know if you have control over it or not), but when you put the cursor over text, it has a smooth transition, but when you take it off, it doesn't. if you could, that would make this skin that much better
