I could not apply it and was stumped as to why. It's such a nice skin that I kept trying. The error I found was in the bootskin.ini file. I compared to others (and others of yours) and found the numbers way too low. For example, instead of 137 for the progress bar width, it had 7. As soon as I changed all 3 numbers, it worked perfectly.
