I'm sure they'll eventually reincorporate the Box back into the site. At least I hope so. My point wasn't on us having to go through extra steps. I knew that was already there. My point was in the casual everyday Skin Downloader seeing it right there on the page from which they're downloading. When I use to download Skins, before there was even a downloading limit for non-subscribers, my friends and I always looked at that box. We didn't know or really cared that it meant that those Top Skin Authors had the most downloads for the month, we just thought that it meant that they were the best of the best. In thinking that, we always checked out their profiles and their skins. Now that the Box has been taken away from the main page, Top Authors won't have a cumalative gain on downloads. So, make darn sure your putting a Link to your other Skins in your comment box when submitting! Plus, if you ever convert something instead of doing your own, make sure to put a "Keyword" in your title. For example, you have a Skin with a dragon in it and you call it something like "The Wizard's pet", make sure to add "Keyword Dragon" after the name of that skin. The reason being is when people search for Skins, they always put in Keywords for what they're looking for. If someone is looking for a dragon BootSkin, they'll type in Dragon. That is if they don't want to scroll page after page in the Fantasy section. Anyway, if you named your BootSkin just "The Wizard's Pet" without that Keyword of Dragon, the Search Engine of WinCustomize won't retrieve that BootSkin. It looks like we're going to have to use every trick of the trade we can to get those downloads now.

agreed......the site is faster.....but takes longer to navigate around, especially back to 'My Skins' page....rather cancels it out...

As for the navigation, yes I agree. Also, we can't tell if we have a comment anymore unless we go directly to our Skin. Plus the download page that we used to see how many downloads we'd accumulated overtime, doesn't tally the downloads up anymore.
As for your 404 error, just right-click and click on "Copy Shortcut" on this Link I'm about to show. Then paste it into your Comment Box for people to go directly to your Skins page.

- I read what you posted in the forums about the need for the rankings display on the gallery pages, I agree 100%, let's see if anyone else agrees with us
- the new site design is nice but I find myself taking more steps to get to information that was once a click away, maybe it's just me - I'm old and don't move as fast as I used to �
