......to make a bootskin the pic has to been taken down to a 4-bit (16 color) bitmap which somewhat reduces the quality and any lighter/white areas seem to go a bit dotty......don't think I can do much about that.... 
.......since you downloaded the logon, it has been updated with a shutdown button (though well disguised!) and a user panel spruce up....(I didn't know how to do a proper full screen one back then).....
nahhh.....just keeping an eye on you!.....must be your guilty conscience......
