After going through hundreds of those BootSkins..I'm glad to have found a 'Canadian Edition'...FINALLY!!
Although I think it requires much improvements...I think you need to lose the author's name at the top corner as well as the 'copyright message' at the bottom.

I agree with the lose the author's name .. but ya need color in the flag to make it stand out.... and worthwhile to download!
