Hi friend "herman7913";
After you have downloaded the zip file and open it, you shuold have the following folder tree: "SpidersNest\Programs\Stardock\BootSkin\Skins\Spider's Nest"; Please copy the last folder "Spider's Nest" wich includes the files: "bootskin.ini, Progress.bmp & Spider's Nest.bmp" to Stardock's Directory "by default: C:\Program Files\Stardock\BootSkin\skins".
Hope it works now!
