I have no clue, is this happening to anyone else? This was my first skin and I don't know anything about doing passwords... I hope you can work it out. Perhaps it's the login for you wincustomize acount?

check the forums, there are many posts on the issue of passwords, it's apparently a deal with a program on your comp. not the skin itself.
