You must download the bootskin setup from : https://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/ .
then U can doubleClick On the bootskin file and apply it.now when U restart your computer the bootskin is shown.

ummm corrupt file...when i open the bootskin file, says it is corrupt. what's the problem?
