Wow. I don't use bootskins but this looks pretty nice in the preview.

JButtion, it appears something is going wrong with your installation of BootSkin. I've had the same problem previously and found it fixed after set it to default bootskin, uninstalled and then reinstalled the latest BootSkin.
This bootskin is created to the specified optimum size so it should look exactly as in the preview.
